Photo Submission Guide: How to Send Us Your Pictures

To complete your personalized order, you will need to submit your photos before adding the product to your cart or entering the checkout page.

Please follow the guide below based on the type of product you are ordering.


Method 1: Single Photo Submission (File Uploader)

Use this method for products that require only one picture (like customized frames).

  1. Locate the Uploader: On the product page, find the designated "Upload Photo" or "Choose File" button.
  2. Select Your File: Click the button and navigate to the single picture you wish to use on your computer or phone.
  3. Confirm Upload: Select the file and wait for it to be uploaded.
  4. Continue: Once the file is uploaded, you can add the item to your cart and proceed with your order.


Method 2: Bulk Submission (Google Drive Folder Link)

Use this method for products that require multiple photos (like bulk photo prints orders). You will submit the link in a dedicated text box on the product page.

For Desktop/Laptop Users:

  1. Prepare & Upload: On your computer, create a single folder with ALL the required pictures inside it.
  2. Go to Drive: Open drive.google.com. Click + New → Folder upload. Choose the folder you prepared.

For Mobile App Users:

  1. Open Drive: Open the Google Drive App. Tap the + (Plus) button.
  2. Create Folder: Tap Folder and give it a name (e.g., "My Order Photos"). Tap Create.
  3. Upload Photos: Tap on the new folder to open it. Tap the + button again, select Upload, and choose all the photos for your order from your phone's gallery.

Step B: Get the Shareable Link (App & Desktop)

  1. Find Folder: Go back to the main file view and find the folder you just uploaded or created.
  2. Access Share Menu: Click the three dots (•••) next to the folder name.
  3. Manage Access: Look for and tap Manage access or Share.
  4. Change Access: Crucially, change the 'General access' setting from "Restricted" to "Anyone with the link".
  5. Copy the Link: Tap the "Copy link" button.

Step C: Submit the Link

  1. Paste Link: Return to the product page and paste the copied link into the designated Google Drive Link field.
  2. Continue: You can now add the item to your cart and finish your order.

Important: If you forget to change the access to "Anyone with the link," we cannot view your photos, and your order processing will be delayed.
